    Inspect

    A full visual review of the home using one master checklist, in the same order every time, with photos and moisture readings where they matter.

  2. 02

    Report

    Your 7-page Property Health Report is finished before we leave. Page one shows the overall status, the counts and your top three priorities.

  3. 03

    Recommend

    We walk you through it on site for 15 to 20 minutes: good news first, then anything urgent, then what can wait.

  4. 04

    Repair

    If you want work done, we quote it first. Our own team or an approved qualified trade does it once you've approved it in writing.

  5. 05

    Maintain

    Planned maintenance on a schedule that suits the home, so small things don't become big ones.

  6. 06

    Reinspect

    We come back, check again and update the record. Your home's history grows with every visit.

Nothing paid happens without your written OK.

Every paid job can be traced from the issue we found, to our recommendation, to your approval, to the work, the cost and the completion record. Urgent findings are flagged straight away, but urgent never means automatic.
